PROCESSING ORDERS
Please allow 3-4 business days for orders to be ready after purchase.
Any orders submitted on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer local pick up at The Maker's Hub in Whitby and Markets Ontario - Bowmanville location.
Pick up hours are subject to both businesses availability which will be laid out with the pick up details.

REFUND POLICY
Please message within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.  At this time we are not accepting any returns due to COVID. If you received a damaged item please send an email with your order number and image of the damage for us to assess and take the next steps.
